We'll deliver to anywhere in the UK for only £1.95, this service takes 3-5 working days.
Delivery to a European address will be £2.95, this service will take 4-7 working days.
Anywhere else in the world (USA, Canada, Japan, China, Australia etc) will be £3.95, and will take 7-12 working days.
In the unlikely event you wish to return your purchase, our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, please email email@example.com who will authorise the return (we may require a receipt or proof of purchase).

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You should also consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially issued. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
